Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200˚C/400˚F.
Place the Brussels sprouts in one layer on a large baking tray. Add the chestnuts and bacon and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the sprouts are cooked through.
