Instructions
Take four festive glasses and prepare them.
Mix the coconut yoghurt with the zest of 1 lime. You can optionally add some maple syrup, but it is not really necessary in terms of sweetness.
Divide the coconut yogurt between the glasses and top with the mango cubes.
Finally, crumble the cookies on top and finish with some extra lime zest.

Quick Easter Dessert Variations
Cream Cheese Version
Mix cream cheese with whipped cream and sugar.
Add a bit of lemon juice to loosen the mixture.
Replace yogurt with the cream cheese mixture in the glass.
Use a piping bag for easier layering.
Top with Easter candy or dark chocolate over mango/cookie crumbles.
Ice Cream Version
Use vanilla ice cream as the base.
Top with fresh mango, strawberries, or other berries.
Sprinkle crumbled cookies or Easter treats.
Finish with whipped cream—quick and easy!
