This delicious and easy to make gluten free apple crumble is perfect when served with a scoop of ice cream but can easily serve as breakfast as well. You don't make a regular crumble but instead everything is mixed together and baked on a baking tray.
Serving: delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175˚C/340˚F
In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, salt, cardamom and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey, egg, and vanilla extract.
Pour the flour into the coconut oil bowl and stir well. Add the apple and stir to combine.
Spread the batter on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
