It sounds like a crazy combination (and it probably is), but so delicious! Are you brave enough to give it a go? People either love it or they hate it. I absolutely loved it. It's a pretty heavy meal too!
Cut the chicken into strips and fry in oil in a frying pan, season with salt and pepper. Place in an ovenproof dish. Cook the bacon and place the chicken on top.
Peel and slice the banana and place on top of the chicken.
Stir together the double cream, crispy chili oil and chili sauce and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.
Sprinkle the peanuts over the chicken and serve with the rice.
