Instructions
Start by pressing the garlic cloves. You can use a garlic press for this but you can also grate it. Slicing is too coarse so prefer a press or grater.
Add the yogurt and mayonnaise and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the chives and add a bit of honey. This makes the flavor slightly less strong, but is optional to use.
