Instructions
Wash the chicken livers well under running water and pat dry.
Set the air fryer to 180˚C (350˚F) . Sprinkle the chicken livers with the flour, making sure the flour is well distributed over the chicken livers.
Then drizzle some oil over the chicken livers and place them in the air fryer. Bake them for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Meanwhile, slice the red onion and fry over low heat until the onions are soft and brown. Toast the slices of bread.
Spread a good layer of butter and syrup and top with the chicken livers. Sprinkle the sandwich with chopped parsley.
