apple
peeled and diced

tbsp
brown sugar

tsp
cinnamon
or pumpkin spice mix

tbsp
sultanas chopped into small pieces

marzipan
in small cubes, optional

egg
whisked

tbsp
granulated sugar
to sprinkle on top
Instructions
Take the puff pastry slices out of the freezer and let them thaw. This works best if they are not completely thawed.
Mix the diced apples with the brown sugar, spices, sultanas and optional marzipan.
Place a tablespoon of the mixture on each slice of pastry. Leave the edge free! Brush the edge with a little egg and seal. Press down with a fork.
Repeat for all the other pastry slices. Bake in an air fryer at 180˚C (350˚F) for 10-12 minutes.
