Not only are salads easy to make they are also a really great way to add more vegetables into your day. While a sandwich is delicious from time to time, it doesn’t really do much in terms of your vegetable intake. And since we can all eat more vegetables, a salad for lunch is a great way to achieve at least part of that.
A lot of vegetables are suitable for adding to your salads. So think about more than just your average lettuce. Try something new and check the above recipes!
What kind of salad recipes can you find here? Basically all sorts of salads, from simple quinoa salad to kale salads. From salads that are proper meals to light side dishes. Summer salads and winter salads.
