The instantpot has been around for a while now. I only discovered it about two years ago and since have been hooked on using this fantastic device. It is a slowcooker, pressure cooker, yogurt maker, rice cooker and more in one! Here you will find the instant pot recipes I have created.

In the Netherlands – where I live – the instantpot is one of those appliances that took a while to get a hold. And still today it is in it’s infancy compared to the use in the US or England. But since I have one I am a fan and will be sharing more instantpot recipes soon!
