Ah yes fall has definitely started. I can feel it in the air and I can see it in the dishes that I am starting to make more often. Lots of pumpkin, mushrooms and more comfort food. Summer is officially over. In the week menu for this week you’ll find some easy dishes like the pointed cabbage with meat balls and mushrooms on Monday or the pasta with chorizo on Wednesday. On saturday a dish that does require a bit more time to make, but is so worth it!
Most of the dishes are pretty quick but I’m still searching for a good balance between really easy and really quick. So the menu will evolve over the next couple of weeks!
