Fall is one of my favorite seasons. The new meal plan is filled with meals that are perfect for fall. From a hearty stew to a creamy pasta and much more!

Depending on where you live in the world, it is that time of year when the leaves began to change color and fall of. The air gets that special crispy feeling and it is the time to head into the kitchen for cozy fall flavors.

In this weeks meal plan I’m highlighting some seasonal ingredients, hearty stews, delicious breakfast and the perfect way to make fall taste good too.
