Easy weeknight meal plan 42 – 2024

Again a delicious and easy to follow weeknight menu for week 42. With an easy pasta dish, dan dan noodles, pumpkin pancakes and much more.

Do you struggle to come up with new and exciting (or old and trusted) dishes to serve every day during the week? With the easy weeknight meal plan I hope to help you along and give you some delicious options to choose from. It’s easy to mix and match or swap dishes around as you please.

For all dishes I will try and make sure they are on the table in roughly under 30 minutes. Some are quicker, some might be slightly slower. In case of the latter it is usually an oven dish. I don’t count that as actual ‘working’ time so I might include some oven dishes too.

Monday – Easy pasta salad with chicken

One of my favorite flavor combinations is feta and beetroot. And combine those two with quinoa and you have a delicious easy salad on your hands. Great for lunch or dinner!

The traditional cake of Curaçao! The cake is very rich, so is for a minimum of 12 people.
