Spicy pita

I love stuffing things into pita bread and then quickly toasting it for the ultimate result. This delicious spicy pita is a good example of what you can do with a sandwich. Other than just adding cheese to it. I’ve used sambal here and chutney. The sweet and the spicy go really well together and make this a perfect quick sandwich.

Replace for ham

If you can’t find fricandeau (which is thinly sliced veal and can be found in the deli section of your butcher or grocery store) you can replace this with some thinly sliced ham instead.
